The City’s Capital Improvement Program is designed to identify and fund construction projects for upgrading, rehabilitating or expanding the City’s infrastructure. This program includes projects for Columbia Water for the drinking water treatment and distribution system, the wastewater collection and treatment system, and the stormwater drainage system. The City typically develops a 5 year CIP list with projects allotted to different years based on priority.

To keep citizens up to date on these projects, Columbia Water has developed online tools to learn about them. Our newest online tool provides a detailed GIS view of all of our stormwater projects. This powerful tool will eventually be expanded to include wastewater and drinking water projects as well. Click the image to visit the page. You can also click here to go to the mobile-friendly version of the dashboard.

Information on all wastewater CIP projects can be found on our Clean Water 2020 web page at www.cleanwater2020.com.
